UK Orders without a specified delivery date are to be delivered within 2-5 working days (excluding national holidays) Specified delivery date orders are to be made by 1pm. Exclusions to specified delivery dates include national holidays to which orders are to be delivered the following working day. International Orders (outside UK) are to be delivered within 10 working days. The same day delivery service will not be fulfilled without prior payment and arrangement with Customer Service.
